The contact pressure history curve duringmeshing is shown in Figure 1. It can be seen that the contact pressure of helical gear has not changed greatly at the beginning like the contact stress, but has been relatively stable as a whole. The trend of contact pressure curve is almost the same as that at 25rad / s, but the maximum stress value of helical gear also increases. It can be seen that when the torque is constant, the higher the speed, the greater the contact pressure of the helical gear.
The pressure nephogram during gear meshing is shown in Figure 2 below;
It can be seen from Figure 2 that the contact pressure is large, and the maximum value is 121.66mpa.
As the speed increases, the contact pressure of the helical gear increases as a whole, and the fluctuation becomes stronger. It can be seen that the helical gear operates more stably and smoothly at low speed. Too high rotating speed makes the force of helical gear fluctuate strongly, which is very likely to produce the vibration and noise of helical gear and shorten the service life of helical gear. At the same time, the vibration of helical gear caused by load fluctuation brings danger to industrial production and is easy to cause major production accidents.
It can be seen from Figure 3 that during the contact process, most of them are in the near and sliding States, and there is no sticking state, indicating that they operate well.
