Harmonic gear transmission is increasingly widely used in the field of automatic servo transmission. gear drive The trend of compact design of precision servo transmission such as robot joints makes the lubrication state of harmonic gear transmission devices more demanding in the application field. gear drive Traditionally, there are two main ways to deliver lubricants to harmonic gear transmission devices: when installed horizontally or upside down, the lubricant injected into the device is mainly fed into the wave generator and the meshing area of the ring gear due to gravity; When installed vertically, the rotating motion of the oil slinger cup installed on the flexible wheel promotes the delivery of lubricant. However, for harmonic gear transmission, the traditional oil cup conveying mode cannot deliver lubricant to the meshing part of the gear ring, especially for inclined installation of harmonic gear transmission devices and the use of non flexible bearing harmonic gear transmission devices, the oil cup conveying mode cannot guarantee continuous and effective supply of lubricant. Therefore, it is necessary to study more efficient lubricant conveying methods for harmonic gear transmission. The technology of using a sliding plate pressure device to achieve active lubrication of harmonic gear transmission is adopted. Based on the analysis of the changes in lubricant leakage and the force on the sliding plate during the working process of harmonic gear transmission at different speeds, a sliding plate harmonic gear transmission active lubrication device is designed, which can achieve one-way output of lubricant under the condition of forward and reverse motion of the input shaft of the transmission device, ensuring the continuous and effective supply of lubricant during the working process of the vertical harmonic gear transmission device.

The active lubrication device for harmonic gear transmission consists of a transmission shaft, a top end cover, a lubrication device body, a main body base, and a sliding plate. The transmission shaft is connected to the input shaft of the harmonic gear transmission device, and the overall structure of the device. Its working principle is that when the input shaft drives the transmission shaft to rotate, the lubrication device is activated, and the sliding plate inside the cavity begins to rotate, causing the volume of the internal cavity to change,gear drive resulting in a decrease in pressure at the inlet, lubricant being sucked into the cavity, and an increase in pressure at the outlet. The lubricant is discharged under pressure and transported through the through hole in the transmission shaft to the wave generator and ring gear meshing part of the harmonic gear transmission device, replenishing the lubricant leaked during operation. By properly configuring the one-way valve, the continuous supply of lubricant to the active lubrication device can still be ensured when the direction of motion of transmission shaft 1 changes.

In response to the requirements for improving the lubrication performance of harmonic gear transmission devices in the field of automatic servo transmission, based on the analysis of the changes in lubricant leakage and the force on the sliding plate during the working process of harmonic gear transmission at different speeds, a sliding plate pressurization method is proposed to achieve active lubrication of harmonic gear transmission devices, and the design of an active lubrication device for harmonic gear transmission is completed.gear drive This device can achieve unidirectional output of lubricant when the input shaft moves in both directions,gear drive ensuring continuous and effective supply of lubricant during the operation of vertical harmonic gear transmission or non flexible bearing harmonic gear transmission devices.
