Development direction of precision forging technology of spiral bevel gear

Over the years, many scholars at home and abroad have been committed to the research of precision forging technology of spiral bevel gear, and have achieved fruitful results. In order to comply with the rapid development of industrial technology, the precision forging technology of spiral bevel gear needs further research and improvement. The main development directions in the future are as follows:

1) The design and research of spiral bevel gear focuses on the design of high-order motion error curve and how to effectively improve the stability of transmission through the design of spiral bevel gear.

2) Making full use of computer simulation technology, the metal flow law and stress-strain distribution law in the precision forging process of spiral bevel gear are studied, so as to optimize the precision forging process and guide the die design.

3) Realize the integrated production of CAD / CAE / CAM from process formulation to precision forging die design, optimization, manufacturing and gear processing, so as to shorten the production cycle and improve economic benefits.
