Compared with ordinary gear transmission system, multi-stage gear transmission system has many advantages, such as small volume, light weight, high transmission efficiency, high transmission accuracy, high bearing capacity and so on. The control system of precision equipment puts forward higher requirements for the transmission performance of multi-stage gears in terms of sensitivity limit, working speed and stability. Therefore, it is necessary to study the dynamic performance of multi-stage gear transmission system.
To sum up, through the analysis of the influence of backlash on the dynamic performance of multi-stage gear transmission system, the transmission system model is built on this basis, and the influence of main parameters such as backlash and viscous friction coefficient on the dynamic performance of the transmission system is analyzed through simulation. Finally, through the optimization of a certain type of multi-stage gear transmission system, the optimized parameters are obtained, and the weight of the transmission system is reduced, and the performance is also improved.
