It can be seen from Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 that the contact stress of the helical gear in the stress distribution nephogram of the helical gear is unevenly distributed in the tooth direction, and the equivalent force value is large. Although it is within the safety factor, it is still necessary to optimize the helical gear to reduce the stress concentration of the helical gear, and reduce the maximum stress value of the helical gear through optimization.
