Using the function of generating plane from line in the pre processor, the contour lines of large and small gears are formed into two mutually contacting gear planes; The pit bionic shape is distributed near the base circle of the big gear. Using the modeling function in ANSYS, a certain spacing distribution micro circular plane is formed at the base circle of the big gear. This specific spacing distribution is the result of the numerical simulation of the model ring block. By subtracting the formed circular plane with the subtraction command of Boolean operation, a certain pit bionic shape can be formed on the base circle of the spur gear, as shown in Figure 1, The left figure shows the overall model of spur gear with pit type, and the right figure shows the local enlarged view of the location of spur gear pit type.
