First of all, it is necessary to ensure the center positioning accuracy of the gear blank. Secondly, the bias caused by geometric eccentricity and motion eccentricity should be offset scientifically and reasonably. On the one hand, the movement eccentricity of the gear can be reasonably estimated by measuring the direction, and some methods can be taken to reduce the motion eccentricity in the subsequent design. On the other hand, it is necessary to accurately measure the longitudinal movement track of the gear blank, and make corresponding marks, so as to ensure the good operation of the gear in the actual installation process, and lay a good foundation for the improvement of gear machining accuracy.
