The results of finite element analysis show that:
When the rotation angle of the input end is between 0.64 rad and 0.78 rad, the meshing tooth pair presents a double-sided contact phenomenon, and this section includes the whole process of the tooth from meshing to disengagement. Therefore, the author takes the data when the rotation angle is 0.7 rad to judge the number of teeth with bilateral meshing phenomenon through the contact stress value of the teeth.
The contact condition of gear teeth under the original aperture combination is shown in Figure 1.
The contact condition of gear teeth is shown in Fig. 2 when only reducing the hole of direct shaft.

In the case of only reducing the bearing hole of transmission crankshaft, the contact condition of gear teeth is shown in Figure 3.
The above data show that:
The results show that: (1) the number of contact teeth on both sides of the gear teeth decreases with the decrease of the diameter of the planetary gear hub;
(2) in the original scheme, two pairs of meshing teeth have obvious bilateral contact phenomenon;
(3) after reducing the size of crankshaft hole and straight shaft hole by 10%, the number of contact teeth on both sides is reduced to one pair.
Comparing the results of Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, we can see that:
When the two holes are reduced by 10%, the effect of reducing the direct shaft hole is better. Therefore, in the case of ensuring enough strength of transmission crankshaft and bearing, the reduction of straight shaft hole should be preferred.
