Influence of speed and load on meshing force and frequency coupling of planetary gears

The rotational speed of P10 row is set at 3 000 R / min, and the load of P20 row is 1 000 n · M. The variables are P20 row speed and P10 row load, the speed range is 2 000 ~ 5 000 R / min, and the load range is 100 ~ 2 000 n · M. the simulation results are shown in Figure 1. Figure 2 (a) and Figure 2 (b) are obtained by projecting Figure 1 (a) and figure 1 (b) to the X-Y plane respectively. In the figure, the boundary between the two colors is 50%, and the influence proportion of ∑ FB and ∑ FH is equal.

(a) P10 row coupling influence ratio
(b) P20 row coupling influence ratio

In Fig. 2 (a) and Fig. 2 (b), the shadow area is the main working area. It can be seen that in the main working area, ∑ FB and ∑ FH are similar in P10 and P20 rows, and appear in region 2 and region 4. This phenomenon also shows that different parameters of two parallel planetary arrays have little influence on the result analysis. In region 2, the influence ratio of ∑ FH is larger than that of ∑ FB; In region 4, the influence ratio of ∑ FH is greater than ∑ FB at the junction of region 2 and region 4, where the speed ratio is less than 1, greater than 0.75, the load ratio is less than 1, greater than 0.5, and the influence ratio of ∑ FB is greater than ∑ FH in other parts. In the working range, the difference between ∑ FH and ∑ FB is proportional to the difference between load ratio and deceleration ratio.
