Main research contents of gear transmission system fault

According to the results of the research review, this paper takes the gear transmission system as the research object, aiming at the influence of root crack, bearing local fault and other typical faults on the vibration characteristics of gear transmission system, the main research contents are as follows:

1.The research background and significance of this project are described. The development process of gear transmission system dynamic model, root crack fault, rolling bearing local fault, gear transmission system fault and other aspects of research status are introduced respectively. The necessity of research on typical fault vibration characteristics of gear transmission system is proposed.

2.Based on energy method and Lagrange equation, the calculation method of time-varying meshing stiffness of involute spur gear pair with root crack is studied. The dynamic model of gear pair is established, and the influence of root crack on the vibration characteristics of gear pair is explored, which lays a foundation for the development of vibration characteristic analysis method for typical fault of gear transmission system.

3.On the basis of Lagrange equation, the dynamic model of rolling bearing is constructed, and the modeling method of partial fault of outer raceway, inner raceway and rolling element is explored, and the influence law of local fault on the vibration characteristics of rolling bearing is analyzed, which lays the foundation for the development of vibration characteristic analysis method for typical fault of gear transmission system.

4.On the basis of gear pair dynamic model and rolling bearing dynamic model, the fusion method of the two is explored, and the dynamic model of gear transmission system is established, and the influence of typical faults such as root crack and bearing local fault on the vibration characteristics of gear transmission system is deeply analyzed.
