Measurement of loading condition of spiral bevel gear

In order to obtain the real meshing performance of spiral bevel gear in reduction box, the meshing performance parameters were measured on the basis of completing the construction of closed power flow spiral bevel gear transmission test-bed. Take the loading condition close to the dynamic loading contact analysis, and set the loading speed as 1000r / min and the loading torque as 100N · M. In order to avoid the damage of spiral bevel gear caused by loading impact, the incremental loading method is adopted. Using the efficiency meter and the corresponding computer data processing function, the real-time changes of the speed and torque of the gearbox under loading conditions can be obtained. Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 respectively show the variation law of the actual measured data of the speed and torque of the spiral bevel gear in the transmission box.

It can be seen from Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 that during the meshing transmission of spiral bevel gear, the driving wheel can smoothly drive the driven wheel to rotate; The speed of two spiral bevel gears does not fluctuate greatly; There are small fluctuations in the change of torque. The torque ratio transmitted by the master-slave spiral bevel gear is close to 0.5. Excluding the influence of friction, damping and other factors, this result is basically consistent with the theoretical value. By comparing the speed change law under static loading condition and the speed change law curve under dynamic loading condition in Section 4.3.1, it can be seen that the spiral bevel driving gear can move the driven gear smoothly in the process of meshing transmission; There is no large fluctuation in the driving and driven spiral bevel gears.
