Meshing force of planetary gear system under large load

The dynamic load of the system is calculated when the speed is 500r / min and the load is 500N · M.

The engagement force of sun wheel and planet wheel is shown in the figure. It can be seen that the meshing force fluctuates periodically with a period of TM, the mean value of dynamic load is equal to that of static load, 774n, and the amplitude of fluctuation is 168N; the main frequency of dynamic load of sun wheel and planet wheel is low frequency, including the meshing frequency (212hz) and the first four times frequency, of which the third times frequency component energy is the largest.

The meshing force of planetary gear and inner ring gear is shown in the figure. It can be seen that the meshing force changes periodically, with the period of TM, the mean value of the meshing force of 750N and the fluctuation amplitude of 118N; the main frequency of the meshing force between the planetary gear and the inner ring gear is the meshing frequency and the first three times frequency, of which the meshing frequency energy is the largest.
