1、 Metal flow law in extrusion process

The metal velocity vector diagram of each stage of extrusion forming process is shown in Figure 1. Figure (a) is the metal flow velocity vector diagram at the beginning of the extrusion process, figures (b) to (E) are the metal flow velocity vector diagram of the intermediate process, and figure (f) is the metal flow velocity vector diagram at the completion of the extrusion process.

2、 Analysis of numerical simulation results after extrusion

The equivalent stress-strain and temperature distribution of the blank after extrusion are shown in Figure 2. After extrusion, the equivalent stress of the blank is between 3-537mpa, the equivalent strain is between 0-1.58, and the temperature is between 443-755 ° C
