Parametric system of hypoid gear

Scientific design is the premise of producing hypoid gear pair with good meshing performance and the guarantee of stable operation, high reliability and low noise. Based on Gleason algorithm, this paper studies and discusses the hypoid gear from the aspects of design method, establishment of mathematical model, establishment of three-dimensional model, parametric design and simulation analysis. Aiming at the frontier of discipline development, the bottleneck of industry development and the topic of national discipline development, make up for the shortcomings of existing theories and technologies.

  1. The design theory of hypoid gear and the development of CAD technology are introduced.
  2. The idea of geometric parameter calculation of Gleason is studied, the specific steps and mathematical model of Gleason algorithm are analyzed, and a new geometric parameter calculation method is proposed based on Gleason algorithm and optimization design theory.
  3. Use 3D software Pro / E2 0 to create the three-dimensional model of hypoid gear, with Visual C + + 6.0 compiling environment and Pro / Toolkit application program as the interface, the secondary development of Pro / E software is carried out, and the parametric design system of hypoid gear is established.
  4. Simulate and analyze the meshing process of hypoid gear pair under Pro / mechanism module.
