According to the principle of internal and external gear synchronous multi motor, an external involute gear is set in a shell as the external motor, and the internal involute gear is processed in the common gear, and the gear with the same module is meshed and cooperated as the internal motor, so as to realize the purpose of integrated multi motor.
By changing the internal structure of the gear motor, the motor creatively assembles the external gear motor and the internal gear motor, and distributes and isolates the oil through the port plate, so as to avoid mutual interference. When the oil passes through the closed area where the gears mesh with each other, the purpose of output proportional flow can be achieved.
The motor has two oil inlets and two oil outlets, which connect the high-pressure oil into the oil inlet of the hydraulic motor, because of the coincidence of two pairs of internal and external meshing gears ε＞ 1, therefore, driven by the high-pressure oil, the internal and external meshing gears synchronously rotate to discharge the oil into the actuator; due to the similar structure, the displacement of the internal and external motors is in a certain proportion, through the corresponding connection of the hydraulic cylinder with equal proportion cross-sectional area or the motor with equal proportion displacement, the oil with equal proportion flow enters the actuator, so as to achieve the purpose of synchronous drive.
There are many kinds of gearmotors with similar structure. In addition to the internal and external meshing gearmotors mentioned above, there are also three-way quantitative motors and double stator swing motors, etc., which can be applied to the hydraulic synchronous system through reasonable connection.
