Gear system is the most widely used transmission system in all kinds of mechanical equipment. Its mechanical behavior and working performance have an important impact on the safe and stable operation of the whole equipment. Therefore, the dynamics of gear system has always been the focus of academic and industrial circles.
Gear system dynamics is a science to study the dynamic behavior of gear system in the process of transmitting power and motion. Its research goal is to determine and evaluate the dynamic characteristics of gear system, and then design high-quality gear system.
At present, scholars at home and abroad have carried out extensive and in-depth research on gear system dynamics. The following summarizes the research status of gear system dynamics from four aspects: gear meshing excitation modeling, transmission system box coupling dynamics modeling, gear system dynamic performance optimization, shearer cutting gear dynamics research, and analyzes the shortcomings of existing research.
