Structure of planetary gear transmission system

Wind power generation, as a clean and pollution-free energy source, has been widely used globally in recent years. Its structural diagram is shown in Figure 1. Wind power drives the blades of a wind turbine to rotate. Due to the large size and mass of the blades, the speed of the blades is very low. However, in order to achieve power generation, a generator often requires a corresponding high speed, and the speed increase gearbox can achieve the conversion from low speed to high speed.

The planetary gear transmission system can provide a large transmission ratio, and has the advantages of stable transmission and high load. Widely used in wind power gearboxes. The planetary gear system, as shown in Figures 2 and 3, has fixed internal gear rings. The main shaft drives the planetary carrier to rotate, and the planetary carrier drives the planetary gear to rotate. The rotation of the planetary gear drives the sun gear to rotate and achieve speed increase.
