The time-varying comprehensive deformation can be expressed by the transmission error curve in the meshing process. The transmission error of spiral bevel gear can be calculated according to the following formula:
θ P0 (T) is the theoretical rotation angle of spiral bevel gear driving wheel, θ G (T) is the actual rotation angle of the spiral bevel gear driven wheel, I is the transmission ratio of the gear pair, and R (T) is the radius of the meshing center point of the spiral bevel gear driven tooth surface.
