Gear manufacturer to teach you the steps and requirements of rough turning before gear heating

Processing steps and requirements:

1.Card loading requirements

a) First, the base surface and non base surface of the workpiece are determined, then the non base surface of the workpiece is used as the positioning surface for clamping the workpiece, and the base surface side is processed first.

2.Aligning workpiece

a) Use the dial indicator to put on the gear outer circle torque wrench to adjust the claw to straighten the workpiece.

3.Machining base

a) Refer to the retention standard on page 3 for the retention of inner hole, inner ring end face and outer ring end face.

b) The outer circle of the car is half alive, pay attention not to reach the claw.

c) The inner hole will swell after being heated, so whether there is any requirement for the inner hole chamfering should be consistent with the inner hole allowance to ensure that the inner hole chamfering can be processed in place after being heated.

4.Processing non base surface

a) Turn over the surface, turn the soft claw first, hold the outer circle of the sequence, beat the surface circle, and align the inner hole of the workpiece within 0.1mm.

b) Refer to the retention standard on page 3 for the retention of inner ring end face and outer ring end face.

c) The remaining half of the outer circle of the car is to survive. Be careful not to drive to the claw.

5.Relationship between inner ring thickness and outer ring size thickness and allowance

The tolerance thickness of the inner and outer rings is the same: 0.3mm is reserved on both sides of the outer ring

The tolerance thickness of the inner and outer ring is inconsistent: 0.3mm is reserved on the base side of the outer ring

6.Attention to the use of inner hole tools

When the inner hole is less than φ 300, use the cylindrical cutter base and the right-hand cutter for vertical installation

When the inner hole is larger than φ 300, use the square cutter base and the left-hand cutter to process horizontally, the ram can go down, and the limit depth
