The cutting adjustment parameters of machine tool play an important role in the tooth contact of spiral bevel gear. How to optimize the cutting adjustment parameters of machine tool and establish the calculation model of gear load distribution and load distribution are the main contents. The specific research contents and methods are as follows:
(1) Based on the spatial meshing principle, the meshing state of spiral bevel gear is analyzed, the cutting adjustment parameters of machine tool are optimized, and the initial clearance and possible contact point pairs of tooth surface are accurately calculated.
(2) Based on elasticity and finite element theory, the finite element model of spiral bevel gear contact calculation and the algorithm of finite element mesh generation are established.
(3) The three-dimensional contact finite element method is used to accurately analyze the load distribution between teeth, the load distribution on tooth surface and the change law of contact area shape of spiral bevel gear.
