Speed is one of the external load parameters in gear system. Under theoretical conditions, gear slapping behavior will be more easily generated with the increase of rotational speed. Speed is an important reference factor to determine the efficiency of gear system. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and discuss the influence of different input speeds on Gear Rattling vibration.
Keeping other parameters unchanged, the speed ω 1 of small cylindrical gear is increased from 100rad / s to 250rad / s,. The vibration states of gears with different input speeds ω 1 are given. Fig. a) shows the influence of input speed ω 1 on gear slapping state. It can be seen from the figure that in the low input speed state, the RSV value is 0, that is to say, in this state, the reducer variable speed integrated gear always contacts during the meshing process and is in the non impact state. When the input speed ω increases to 150 rad / s, the value of RSV changes to 1, that is, the single side impact state appears until ω 1 = 170 rad / s. As the input speed of ω – 1 increases, the impact of the two-sided gear will continue to increase. The increase of rotating speed will increase the alternating component coefficients B1, B2 and B3 in the formula, so it is easy to produce slapping at high speed. The above analysis process shows that with the increase of input speed ω 1, the speed reduction integrated gear undergoes non impact, single side impact and bilateral impact in turn, so the gear is not suitable for high speed operation.
The influence of input speed ω 1 on the response peak to peak value PPV of the reducer variable speed integrated gear is shown in Fig. b). In the non impact state and the unilateral impact state, the response peak to peak value PPV increases gradually with the increase of input speed ω 1, while when the bilateral impact begins to appear, the PPV curve suddenly increases. Then, with the increase of input speed ω 1, the response peak to peak value PPV will continue to show rapid growth. The results show that the vibration amplitude of the reducer variable speed integrated gear jumps with the appearance of bilateral impact, and the vibration amplitude of the gear increases rapidly under the condition of bilateral impact.
