Influence of input torque on dynamic load performance of spiral bevel gear transmission

Other parameters remain unchanged. Under different input torques, the variation of dynamic load coefficient amplitude of spiral bevel gear transmission system with dimensionless meshing frequency is shown in Figure 1.

As can be seen from Figure 2, when the input torque is 200N M, the amplitude (CD) max of dynamic load coefficient is significantly greater than that of input torque, which is 300N (CD) max at m, the peak value is particularly obvious; When the input torque is 700n M, in the process of speed change, the change of dynamic load coefficient amplitude (CD) max is relatively stable, and is significantly lower than that in the other three cases. It can be concluded that the dynamic load performance of spiral bevel gear transmission is better when the input torque is large.
