Correction in the contact area of the Klingenberg helical gear teeth can be achieved by changing the following parameters:
(1) Change of fixed angle between machine tool and installation;
(2) Change of setting angle of cutter head;
(3) Change of installation cone angle;
(4) The change of eccentricity;
(5) Change of tool pressure angle; which parameters shall be adopted according to actual conditions.
When the contact area of convex tooth surface in bevel gear pair is positioned correctly and the contact area deviation of concave tooth surface can not engage correctly, it can be realized by changing the setting angle of cutter head.When the contact area of bevel gears is diagonally distributed, it can be achieved by changing the setting angle of machine tool distance or the setting angle of cutter head.
When the contact area between the convex and concave surfaces of bevel gears is not in the middle of the teeth, it can be achieved by simultaneously changing the setting angle of the machine tool distance = and the setting angle of the cutter disc on the pinion or by increasing or decreasing the setting angle of the cutter disc on a pair of conjugated wheels.The contact area position is acceptable, but the top and the root cannot be separated completely during the engagement process, which results in increased gear wear and accompanied by harsh noise correction, the following four methods can be used:
1.The mounting cone angle Delta E is 0.15~0.2?Higher than that of the toothed list.
2.Change the Tw value of unfolding depth (increase or decrease);
3.Change installation distance of pinion;
4.Use wedge gasket to change the pressure angle of the tool, etc.
