Simulation processing and analysis of planetary gearbox based on EEMD symmetrical difference energy spectrum

ZHY Gear adds three sinusoidal signals with different frequencies, and adds random signals for simulation analysis. The EMD method combined with symmetric differential energy operator demodulation method and EEMD method combined with symmetric differential energy operator demodulation method are used to process and analyze the signal. The main frequencies contained in the original signal are F1 = 10Hz, F2 = 50Hz, F3 = 100Hz. The signal is decomposed by EMD and EEMD respectively, and the maximum correlation IMF component is selected by the way of kurtosis maximum, and then analyzed by symmetric difference and energy operator demodulation. The simulation results are shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.

It can be seen that the amplitude of EMD and symmetrical differential energy operator demodulation is obvious when the frequency is 10Hz, but there is a lot of clutter in the side band, and the amplitude at other given frequencies is not obvious, and the spectrum is disordered without obvious regularity. When ee-md and symmetrical differential energy operator are used to demodulate the simulation signal, the amplitude is not only obvious near the given frequency of 50 Hz and 100 Hz, but also obvious at the coupling between the given frequencies, which can well observe the frequency coupling law and effectively diagnose the gear fault.
