The static stress analysis of gear can check the contact and bending strength of gear, and analyze the stress, damage rate and life of gear. The stress, damage rate and safety factor of the gear after modification are analyzed. The results are shown in Table 1.
Compare the stress of the gear before and after the modification, and the comparison results are shown in Table 2. It can be found from table 2 that compared with before optimization, the contact and bending stresses of the master-slave driving gear are reduced, the damage rate is also reduced, and the contact and bending safety factors are improved, which indicates that the modification can effectively reduce the stress on the gear.
