(1) Ring gear root strain test principle
Eight teeth are selected as measuring points on the end face of ring gear and two adjacent teeth are selected as a group to ensure that the teeth of each measuring point can engage with each planetary wheel at the same time.The strain gauges are affixed along the symmetrical line of the ring gear, and the relative positions of the working plates of each group are the same and are 90 degrees apart.The position of the temperature compensating plate is selected to be patched on the outside of the toothed ring near the working plate.The connecting bridge of strain gauge is connected by one-arm half-bridge, which can realize temperature compensation.Ring strain gauge sticker and connecting bridge are shown.
(2) Principle of positive strain test for drive shaft bending
Two unidirectional resistor strain gauges with 120 ohms resistance are affixed to the symmetrical position of the drive shaft. The direction of the resistor wire is parallel to the axis.The bending positive strain of the transmission combination deformation is measured by the half-bridge wiring method. The adhesive diagram of the bending positive strain of the transmission shaft and the connecting bridge circuit are shown in the figure.
Drive shaft is a rotating part. DH5905 telemetering system is used to collect the positive bending strain signal of the drive shaft. The test and data acquisition flow of the strain signal of the drive shaft are shown in the figure.The signal line of the strain gauge is connected to the DH5905 wireless strain acquisition system on the connecting disc at the shaft end and then transmitted to the signal receiver by the wireless strain acquisition system in the form of wireless signal.The toothed ring is a fixed part and no other auxiliary components are needed for the derivation of strain gauge signals. The strain signal output line extends to the strain bridge box through the wire holes reserved on the cover and is connected to the strain measuring system.Ring gear strain signal test and data acquisition process.
(3) Transverse vibration displacement of ring gear and accelerated vibration testing principle at bearing seat
An eddy current displacement sensor is installed on the side panel of the box to measure the lateral vibration displacement runout of the ring gear in the horizontal direction as shown in Figure a.Install a three-way acceleration sensor on the ground surface outside the bearing housing of the test box bearing as shown in Figure B.The signal wires of the eddy current displacement sensor and the acceleration sensor extend out with the controller through the wire holes reserved on the case cover, and then connect with the front end of the data acquisition.
